Overview
The Staffordshire Training Hub (STH) Multi-professional Coaching and Mentoring programme is open to all Primary Care staff in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
Whether you’re considering your next career step, value a confidential ‘sounding board’, or want to develop your confidence or leadership approach, the STH team of trained and experienced Coaches and Mentors can offer up to 12 hours of confidential one-to-one support over the course of a year.
Mentoring and coaching can benefit individuals at any stage of their career. Sessions will be tailored to people’s individual needs. Everyone will be listened to and respected, without judgement.
