Practice nurse

We are a well-established, friendly GP practice seeking a motivated and compassionate experienced Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a wide range of nursing duties including chronic disease management, wound care, immunisations, and health screenings
Support patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, COPD, and hypertension
Assist with cervical smears, health promotion, and patient education
Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
