Our Approach
Scoping
Providing an objective snapshot of your practice at a point in time, we highlight good practice and identify areas for development. Our scoping process involves the following:
Scoping visit – where we meet with and listen to all practice team members
Scoping Report – including findings and recommendations
Report Discussion Meeting – an open discussion of the scoping findings
Ongoing Support – for example reviewing processes and governance, facilitation, team development, partner support
Support Level Framework
6 Domains to Aid Discovery
Completing the Support Level Framework (SLF) can have significant benefits for you, your practice, the staff and service delivery. It will enable you to:
• Identify key improvement areas: get a clear picture of where support is needed.
• Align your plans for next year: ensure your practice is on good footings and ready for upcoming improvement opportunities
