Praktiki: Microlearning for CPD
A practical learning resource for busy Primary Care clinicians
For GPs, General Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, ARRS roles and wider Primary Care teams
Praktiki provides short, case-based learning modules designed to support clinical knowledge, confidence and CPD. The resource may be useful for clinicians who want to keep learning manageable and fit small pieces of development around day-to-day practice.
It can support reflective learning, topic refreshers and CPD evidence, particularly where colleagues have limited time to access longer training sessions.
Access is provided via Staffordshire Training Hub for eligible Primary Care colleagues within Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
At a glance
How Praktiki may be useful in Primary Care
Praktiki can be used as a flexible learning resource to support knowledge refreshers, CPD evidence and reflective learning alongside existing training, supervision and local guidance.
Quick topic refreshers
Short modules can help clinicians revisit common clinical topics without needing to set aside long periods of study time.
Case-based learning
Clinical scenarios and questions help link learning back to the types of presentations commonly seen in Primary Care.
Reflective practice
Completed learning can support appraisal preparation, CPD logs and reflection on how learning may influence practice.
Flexible access
Web and app access means colleagues can use the resource between clinics, during admin time or as part of protected learning.
