A dedicated space for multi-professional Practice Partners to reflect, connect and learn together. This day helps you strengthen your leadership, promote collaboration, shared learning, and peer support.

An engaging and interactive programme delivered through unique sessions, including coaching with clay, action learning sets, and a mindfulness walk with birds of prey.

A perfect opportunity to step away from the day-to-day pressures of Practice, connect with peers, and take time for reflection, wellbeing, and shared learning.

Over 35 multi-professional Practice Partners attended the first event, which took place at Moddershall Oaks Country Retreat and Spa on Saturday, 09 May 2026.

“A great event – it is easy to become clinically and politically focused in the world of Primary Care. Following positive feedback from the 2026 event, the Staffordshire Training Hub is exploring opportunities to deliver a further one-day face-to-face event in early Spring 2027.
