The Personalised Care Roles Peer Support Network offers a structured programme of support and development for personalised care roles. The Staffordshire Training Hub has commissioned Support Staffordshire to deliver this programme.
Peer Support
The programme includes facilitated peer support for Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Coordinators through a series of MS Teams sessions. These sessions are designed to encourage shared learning, reflection and the sharing of best practice.
Bitesize CPD Sessions
Alongside peer support, the programme delivers bitesize CPD sessions focused on building knowledge, confidence and skills across a range of key topics. Current CPD sessions and other training opportunities can be found on the Staffordshire Training Hub website at:

FutureNHS Resources
This offer is complemented by access to the FutureNHS Resources Platform, which provides ongoing online learning, resources, tools and materials to support continuous professional development. The platform also includes a discussion forum where personalised care roles can connect with peers, ask questions and share resources.
Together, these elements provide a blended offer of peer support, targeted learning and flexible online resources across the year.
