In 2021, the Staffordshire Training Hub (STH) recognised that an annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey is the most time and cost-effective way to engage with the workforce and identify training, education, and development needs across General Practice in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SSOT).
We would like to thank our stakeholders, Practice and PCN colleagues for promoting the survey each year, and especially the staff who take the time to complete it.
The results are invaluable in helping us shape and deliver a targeted training, development and wellbeing plan that reflects the needs of the General Practice workforce in SSOT.
