The Faculty for Advancing Practice recently launched a Trainee Data Collection Form for monitoring the progression of advanced practitioner trainees.
Each of the regional faculties for advancing practice across the 7 NHS regions are required to record and monitor current NHSE supported advanced practitioner trainees (both commissioned and apprentices).
This Trainee Data Collection Form is being implemented to better support and monitor trainees by keeping track of who are currently progressing on programmes and to prioritise funding.
As a result, the regional faculties have collaboratively developed the Trainee Data Collection Form that all advanced practitioner trainees (both commissioned and apprentices) are required to complete.
