The Staffordshire Training Hub works in partnership with the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SSOT) Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Integrated Care System (ICS). By working and having close working relationships with our stakeholders, it locally removes barriers and enables us to facilitate shared responsibility and resources therefore maximising our budgets. We are also able to identify where support is required, avoid duplication of projects and develop bespoke programmes to support these needs.
We work with local charities, course and training providers to support Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GP Practices across SSOT to provide quality-assured training, education, development and wellbeing opportunities, and in-turn better the health and wellbeing for everyone who lives in the region.
We are passionate about inspiring the next generation of the workforce and engage with colleagues and Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) and work in partnership to promote Primary Care as a destination career path.
We have a strong commitment to collaborative working and we are proud to be continuing to build new relationships on a national, regional and local footprint.
